I had the download nightmare but my key worked the first time once I finally got the installer file. I synced to ancestry.com and it crashed. Got the software running again and it seemed fine for awhile and I synced again. Made some changes about an hour later and now syncing is failing every time I try it. I'm going to be pissed if this software is this buggy and it's not just an issue with the servers.
