My favorite part is that the order confirmation has a direct link to chat support, where they can't help you, and a link for "questions about your order" that goes directly to their customer service page, where you can't get any help. It's not until you contact them that you find out they have dedicated support for FTM, that's only open 5 days a week, the same hours most people are at work, with no way to contact them other than by phone, and the 800 number (or Family Tree Maker for that matter) is listed nowhere on their site. Not a good start for FTM 2014.
