Happened to me! I entered all small case and it was rejected. I said a few choice words as I really wanted to get started. After I took a deep breath it occurred to me it might be case sensitive. So I entered all the letters in capital letters and I was in.

I had 09 so it is quite the treat. It took my 09 and converted it without me having to transfer it. The initial sync with Ancestry was fast...I was expecting a long process. I have been playing around with it and I like it. And I give it two thumbs up.
