Hallo, Welshdude, i think the 3 Bells captained by McCallum in 1856 is described in 11 entries in the online Mystic Seaport Ship & Yacht Register 1858-1869:

1858: Three Bells; ship; McCallum Captain; 702 tons; draft 16 ; built Dumbarton 1849; hails from Glasgow; owners Bell & co.
1859; 1861 Rowley Captain; tonnage varies

I haven't been able to find descriptions of the 1852 3 Bells in any Australian/NZ sources but there are other correspondents more knowledgeable than I on 3 Bells history & they might be able to advise you. The previous correspondence will be a good guide to sources.
