You may already know this by now, but there were no witches burned at Salem. These victims were hanged, except for Giles Corey, who was pressed to death by weight being piled upon him until he could no longer breathe. I have heard that his last words were, "More weight", but, of course, I have no way of knowing if that is true or not.
