My mother, Nancy Proctor Bayliss recently passed and I found these notes in a family bible that might help... As best as I can make out, it records.. Condemned John Proctor and wife Elizabeth - reprieved - enjoyed children;
Benjamin, the oldest
William aged 18 years
SARAH aged 16 years
Samuel aged 7 years
Abigail between 3 and 4 years
"and one younger still"
Hand written (in many different hands) in the same bible is;
John Proctor married Rachel Woodbury
Benjamin, son of John
Luther, son of Benjamin
Charles Ips, son of Luther
Charles E, son of Charles Ips
Charles H (Hiram), son of Charles E
Charles E, son of Charles H.

Oddly, they didn't mention my mother, born Nancy Barney Proctor, daughter of above Charles H Proctor (and Sabina Wilson)...

I'm just getting started with all this but saw your post and thought the Sarah reference might help... be well
