Hi I have stumbled across this from search. My grandmother informed me that she is descended from the putnams on her mothers side. Her mother was Alice Bennett who was married to cyril schwertly and is of English descent. We do not have any records of family history in between my great great grandparents and the putnams. If there is anyone that has any information that can link us through Israel Putnam please post here.
