I don't know if my problem has anything to do with the new server, but here goes. I Updated my WorldConnect database in late May and the Updating didn't go as expected. The result was a wipe of my database, as if I had Removed it rather than Updating it. I tried again in about 10 days, and the result was the same, the database is completely gone as if it never had been added to WorldConnect in the first place.
I hope that you can figure out what is going on here. I haven't changed anything major about my computer since my last successful Update in October 2013. The only thing that might be different is the browser since the version of FireFox that I'm using may be different now than it was in October 2013. Well, come to think of it, it couldn't be changes in my computer that are the problem since the first attempt at an Update in late May 2014 was on a public computer. The second attempt in early June 2014 was on my own computer and the result of the two attempts was identical.
My genealogy program is Brother's Keeper for Windows 6.1.33. Thanks for looking into this problem.
