Is anyone else having a problem contacting board users. I am logged
in, I am on the admin page, yet, when I go to contact a user privately
I get an message that says I need to be a subscriber to contact that
user.

Once upon a time, I was able to contact users on those boards that I
admin with no problems.

I wrote staff who said that they were unaware of any problems, and
suggested that I become a paying member of ancestry.com.

I am using Window 8.1, Chrome browser, I am using the ancestry interface.

Any help, or suggestions?
