I am just an Ancestry user - do I have an admin account ?

There are no options for editing or deleting on some of the old postings..This is why I was asking as I dont know how to get rid of some of them ? There is no "Pencil" at the bottom right hand corner on some older postings.. I am not sure when this changed? The newer postings do have the Pencil and more options available..
