smsitton: perhaps I'm just becoming too much of a realist in my old age but the very people who would benefit from an admin pointing out the spelling variations that would apply to one board or the other for surname variants are the very people who won't read the board info pages. But then I admin the MILLER and MILLERS boards (and yes, MILLERS IS an actual surname) and you wouldn't believe the number of people who post on the MILLERS board because they are researching multiple MILLERs. When I move their posts to the MILLER surname board they just don't GET the difference.
