Pretty easy question. I learned the hard way that indiscriminately clicking on the little green leaf on ancestry.com that tells you that you are a direct descendant of the High Kings of Ireland by way of William the Conqueror is a good way to spend a lot of time copying a bunch of garbage. Truth is, some mathematician recently did some statistical calculations and found that it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE for anyone of Western European ancestry NOT to be descended from Charlemagne. The problem is that for most people, figuring out how is pretty much impossible.
