Most of my Stroop family was from the Shenandoah Valley. I do not know if we are related or not, but possibly, Emory was the son of Charles Stroop and Daisy Lula Ritchie. They lived in Martinsburg,W.Va. as we did, Emory was my cousin, his father and my father were brothers. Would be happy to exchange information with you.
