Thank you Scott and Barb for the replies. My Greene ancestors lived only on the MA side of the border until Preserved Greene after the Revolution. He was born in Douglas MA. Barb, I did go to the Upton library and they are good at helping; there were some note cards in an unpublished file. I found Zalmon Greene there in Upton. Also, a map showing Warfield, Watkins and Greene families in the back of the Upton Town history book. Thanks again both of you.
