I would be happy to have anything you have as the story of Peter and Philip have been part of my history for as long as I can remember hearing the stories. I am originally from Leechburg as was my grandfather Lloyd Klingensmith. I have family in all the towns you listed and yes Klingensmith's drug is doing great with 3 locations and a medical equipment business to boot. I also have knowledge of 3 different branches of our family in Leechburg alone, none of whjich will say they are related. Peter was my 6xgreat grandfather I believe. I wopuld appreciate any info you have and I will share any that I obtain. Not in direct response to your posting but with regards to one I posted, The doctor at Pitt who is studying our family is Dr. Tishman. This is all I have been able to get thus far as his father was the originator of the study and he retired or passed on and the son is taking up the study. It involves a rare tumor called pheochromocytoma that grows between the kidney and adrenal gland usually in men over 50. It seems we Klingensmiths have a higher than normal risk. But no official reports yet. I look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to e-mail me. Also as a side note , I mat a John Klingensmith in Redondo Beach Ca. in 1989. If anyone out htere knows him, I would like to know how he is. He may not be living as he was a seasoned citizen then. We met in a various curious manner and I knew when he welcomed my wife and I into his home only by knowing that I was a Klingensmith that he was part of our PA clan. It was funny because he turned out to be my grandfathers 1st cousin. Small world.
