Hello Doug! Captain James Stewart War of 1812 is my 4th ggrandfather. He married Nancy Morrison and his father was John Stewart, reported in the Beers publication as being in the Revolutionary War. Captain James is buried in the Pleasant Hill cemetery, I am looking to connect with these family members in the hopes of gaining some new info. A family reunion would be great if you are still having an annual gathering! James and Nancy Stewart's daughter Myrtilla married Andrew Powell who is my 3rd ggrandfather. Would love to connect with the Powell family as well since I have little info about them. Thank you anyone for your response!
