I am trying to prove/disprove family legend which says we are related to Henry, Roger, Oliver Wolcott of Connecticut.
Oliver being a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
I Would appreciate any info, including descendants tree which you may be able to provide.
Have found one ancestor where the Wolcott name appears as a first name (Wolcott Hobron), but can not find a further link.
Wolcott Hobron (New London, CT) was killed in the Civil War.
