Greetings Luci,
You sure filled in many of the blanks that I had on Cecilia and it did make a lot of sense and answered many of the questions that I had about her. Yes, she married Danielson. They had two children (I believe) and both died in infancy. They her husband died. Here is the question answered -- when she married Hans Sivesind, she had a daughter, 7 years old, born years after Danielson died, and was named Theodora Hegg. Hans Sivesind married Silla Hegg. I sent all my material on the Sivesind family to Rhude Thompson who is writing the history of the Sivesind family. Maybe if you contact him, he will send you photo copies of all the material that I collected on Silla. It took me at least ten years to find where she was buried -- in Stoughton, Wisconsin. She spent here last years at the nursing home in Stoughten. Theordore married a photographer from Decorah and the last I traced her was in Sioux Falls, SD. Rhude has all that information.
Many thanks for responding so quickly.
Your question -- Hans Evenson Sivisind is my wife, Marge, great-greatgrandfather. Marge is a direct descendant from Hans. Hans -- Johann -- Clause -- Norma - Marge.
The only interest we have in Silla is that she was the seonc wife of Hans Sivisend. The 1900 US census shows Theordora as a step-daughter to Hans.
If you would e-mail, rdlonnin@smig.net, I will
tell you the story about how I found Silla. And the nursing home in Stoughten, Wisconsin.
