Thanks for the reply and the interest in coming along. Don't worry about not being able to stay for the meal as I don't know how many people will be able to stay for that anyhow.

As mentioned in my last post we will be starting the day at the West Sussex Record Office from about 9.30am. My cousin Marion Woolgar should be there from about 9.15 to meet everyone (I have to travel so will arrive a little later) and get you settled in. If I can get there earlier I will. Please make sure you bring your CARN ticket or two forms of id (one photo id and one id with name and address on) so that you can use the search rooms.
