A family reunion for all descendants, relatives and friends of Hiram Longmire (b1814 Notts County, UK, d1880 Kadina, SA) will be held on the above weekend. It is dovetailed in with the 150th celebration of the Lochiel hotel, founded by Hiram in1863, now known as the Lakeview Hotel. Also Hiram's 200th will be celebrated during the coming reunion.
