My cousin's death index entry says his residence was El Cerrito, CA. This is inaccurate and I would like to know where this information is taken from? Does anyone know what source is used for the residence entry in the California Death Index? Most records don't even list residence and I'm just curious where the information comes from so I can make sure my own records are accurate.
