If you can find their address send them a letter and then send a copy to your attorney and to the Federal Consumer board...I forgot the correct name and a letter to your credit card company/bank telling them you do not authorize OGF to withdraw funds from your card. I am not an attorney, just figure out how to put pressure on them.

I put this on ancestry since I was so exasperated with them. When I did get through they were simply rude.

When doing genealogy stay with the libraries, the state agencies, history societies, rootsweb and LDS in Salt Lake or Family History Libraries. Pay per views are not worth the time involved trying to find records. Wee all learn the hard way.
