I used to get money taken off by One Great Family on a regular basis, and I still could never find any details on my family tree.
Theh I changed my credit card number, because money was taken off (illegally) by another company I had never heard off. The bank refunded that money and I changed my credit card details. Now I find that One great family took money off my account again. I can't understand how they got my new credit card number. I want this stopped, for I don't want them to take any more money off ever again. How will I stop them from taking more money off, and how can I get a refund from them(even for all the times in the past they took money off, and I never had any result with my family tree. I can't afford to have any money taken off.
