As I remember, I emailed them and had a hell of a time trying to get them to answer phone calls and when they did it was a cryptic reply and rude, too. They would not give me my money back and extended my "subscription" to cover the time they claimed I was owed. There did not seem to be a place of business at that time other than Utah, USA. I willl check my old emails for clues.
