Well I must be gulible too as they did the same to too and that I recently cancelled on 8 july 2011,as i did the free trial on the 7 july 2011.What with numerous form sending of complaints,nothing has been resolved and today is the 17 july 2011.I thought I might have put the wrong username and password down so ask them to send it to me,but found when they sent it back my password for my e-mail was exposed,instead of leaving it blank so i could fill it out myself.By doing that they have breached the privacy act,and by not letting you cancel your subscription straight away is also a violation too.Buyer beware.I intend to take them to court through this,as they must also know your vsa card details too,which is very frightening.
