O my goodness! I am grateful you wrote this message and I found it. I have the same thing happen to me. I did not realise giving my credit card details to One Great Family to get the free month also authorised them to continue to take the monthly funds. I was contacted by my bank who told me a monthly amount was going to One Great Family, and they had been doing this for five months. I was not aware of it. Are they are part of Ancestry.co? I have written to them from their site and have phoned them from the number they have given but their customer service team cannot cancel subscriptions so beware!!!
