I used them a few years ago and received my Last Wills and Testaments within 3-4 months. They seemed to be ok then and I'm not sure of the work load they have nor the number of employees, it may be a one man/woman shop. I entered my ggGrandfather as NY-45-17-129 for Canton NY and received around 5-6 pages written in his own hand.
