I'm from Huntington County and most of the Stephens before my paternal great grandfather are from Howard County. Kokomo told me I could access something called Heritage Quest, but I have to be a citizen of county to get it for free or I can pay a fee to access it (which I'm happy to do), but I have to be a citizen of the state. Kind of annoying since I spent I spent my whole life there up until about 1999. My mom will sign me up under her name and address, but I'm aggravated that I just can't do it. I should be able to access it with my birth certificate or something, in my humble opinion. :)
