I know of a Wilkins family in Cumberland, MD. The father's name was Kermit Wilkins, now deceased, who worked as an engineer for the B&O railroad. I believe he was born in the 1890's. There are two surviving sons who still live in Cumberland. If you wish to contact them, please let me know.
