It has been one week since our conference and I am still feeling great about the overall program. I would like to hear from any of you who has a pioneer program and how do you present the certificates. Do you do anything special? Do you give only certificates or do you present anything else? Do you have a quest speaker and do you present the certificates before or after the speaker? Is the occasion formal (banquet) or informal (lunch or annual meeting?)Do you present awards more than once a year? Do you just mail the awards? Any comments or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
