If you have a date for the Hubbard/Edwards marriage (and if it was after 1837) you can use the reference number to order a copy of the marriage certificate.
Don't order through Ancestry as they are very expensive. The UK Government web site is
http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/default.aspThis certificate will give you both of their fathers names and occupations which should help you with further research.
If you can't find the marriage details on Ancestry try doing a search on FreeBMD
