They had 7 children: Mycajah b ca 1771, Matthew b 1773 m Elizabeth, William b 1775, James b 1777, Silas b 1779, Mary b 1781 and Phebe b 1783. Matthew and Elizabeth had 10 children. My Gt. Gt. Grandfather Pinkney B. Cooper m Mary A. Shepherd.
