I found this message while searching for details of John Barker Marsh of Ickles.
The gentleman in question is my Gt,gt Grandfather, and I can find out very little about him. His son Gilbert moved south, as I think did his daughter Mary.
Gilbert was always proud of being born in Yorkshire and has Ickles put on nearly every census, but I need help tracing John Barker Marsh and his preceeding generations.
