My Hargreaves family came from the Barnborough and Little Hougton area of the West Riding of Yorkshire. My gggrandfather was Richard born in 1802. He had a brother Thomas born in 1809 in Barborough. Does this tie in anywhere with your research. I think there is a quite impressive tombstone in the churchyard in Rawmarsh to a William Hargreaves - I'll double check next time I pass there.
