I made a research trip to Frederick Maryland in April and asked about the river travel during the late 1790's to the early 1800's and the historical society did not have anything further information. Not many people do research on that sort of travel.

I am going to Pittsburgh the 1st of August and will try to find some info on it. I'll keep everyone up to date. I think another good place to try will be Cincinnati.
