Can anyone tell me where I might find funeral Home records for the Martins Ferry and Beridgeport. The time frame I am looking into is the late 1850's to early 1900's. I have located the death record of Catherine N. Porter Brooks (Aka; Catherine Ann Porter Brooks). A friend found the obituary for Sarah Jane Porter Porter. But I have not found anything of a Mary ( nee ? ) Porter died between 1850 and 1870 or James Porter died in early 1860.
