Hi Chris.

Here's what I've found so far:

BIRTH:
There's a book of Mayflower Births and Deaths, Vol 1 and 2, which states that William Hopkins was the son of Gyles Hopkins and Katherine Wheldon, born 9 Jan 1660, source Mayflower Descendent 7:237.

There's a book of Eastham and Orleans, Mass., Vital Records which states p. 237 that "Giles Hopkins hath a Son named William was borne the 9th of January one thousand Six hundred & Sixti

LIFE:
There's a reference to Savage's work which says that William was of infirm mind.

There's also a reference to Giles Hopkin's will that states he wants his son Stephen to take care of his son William.

MARRIAGE:
There's an Ancestry file called Family Data Collection - Individual Records. I don't know how it's made, but it states William Hopkins was married to Rebecca Ravens.

DEATH:
There is a photo of the William Hopkins (1660-1718)headstone which reads: "Here lyes the body of William Hopkins the husband of Rebecca Hopkins who departed this life June 26 1718". The death date is the same. Rebecca hOPKINS could have been Rebecca Ravens.

Hope this helps. It was fun. I wish I could find another marriage reference.
