Linda, my family was from Rogart Scotland and migrated to Upper Canada in 1853. My GGGrandfather was John MacDonald, who we believe to be the son of Alexnader MacDonald, brother to Sir John A. MacDonald. My family settled in Bruce County (Teeswater) Ontario.
