Mother is Hope Marie Jimenez Race: Spanish, at time of birth 18 years old. Her birth place Wichita Kansas. The doctor I cannot read it was not typed appears to be M. Hall address Orpheum Building, Wichita, Kansas... Date received by local req, 10-01-57.. Thats all i have. I now have 4 children, all boys & have been sorry I have not looked for her before this. (Birth # 57-036346 dtd oct 8,1957 registrar's no. 7576...) Please Help Thanks
