The notation you have looks like one from the LDS International Genealogical Index (IGI). You must have found the answer to your question by now, but for the record, it indicates that the information was found in the Evangelische Kirche or Lutheran Church of the town of Lage, in the "Kreis" (district, county) of Lippe.
