Since someone has established membership in the NSDAR through him, you may obtain a copy of the DAR application by sending a check for $10.00 payable to Treasurer General NSDAR. Provide the patriot information and if you know the child of the Patriot through whom descent is claimed, provide that also. The application will include the service of this patriot. Mail the check along with the information to:

Washington, DC 20006-5303.

Requests for record copies may take six to eight weeks, as they are very busy.
