If you are interested in the two application papers, you may obtain a copy of these DAR applications by sending a check for $10.00 for each application payable to Treasurer General NSDAR. Provide the patriot information and if you know the child of the Patriot through whom descent is claimed, provide that also. Mail the check along with the information to:

Record Copy Department
Registrar General NSDAR
Administration Building
1776 D Street NW
Washington, DC 20006-5303.

Requests for record copies may take six to eight weeks as they are very busy. The best bet is to just get the newer paper (#440511). You could also ask them how many other women joined under his lineage. But I am not sure if they will do that.
