I did some checking and talked to a state chairperson and she did some checking and she told me that Elizabeth Bradford Heath, died in 1996 and had belonged to Sumters Home, SC DAR Chapter.

You may obtain a copy of the her DAR application by sending a check for $10.00 payable to Treasurer General NSDAR. Provide the information and mail the check along with the information to:

Record Copy Department
Registrar General NSDAR
Administration Building
1776 D Street NW
Washington, DC 20006-5303.

Requests for record copies may take six to eight weeks as they are very busy.
