Many of my ancestors came from the Hampshire/Hardy County (W) Virginia area. And many of them fought in the militia there as well as some surrounding counties that had "more" action. I have the Hampshire County Muster Rolls and will look at them and return a reply. I was going to ask if you had his will, I have Larry Shuck's abstract of wills and deeds of Hampshire and Hardy Cos. but you have them already. My lines were Blue, Welton, Bogard.
