Daughters of the American Revolution [DAR]: Please check for, John MILLIGAN: He was born abt. 1751 in Down County, Irland and died 5 feb 1838 in Augusta County, Virginia. His 1st wife was Isabella DOAK, b, 1759. They were married 28 Sep 1786 in Augusta County, Virginia, her parents were Samuel DOAK and Jane MITCHELL. John & Iabella were in Berkley County, Virginia, then Ohio County, Virginia and settled in Triadelphia, Ohio County, Virginia. They had 8 children; Mary, Hannah, Sarah, Elizabeth, Hugh, James, John, Ruth Milligan. His 2nd wife was Sarah ROBINSON, born in 1763. John & Sarah settled in Ohio County, Virginia. They had 2children; George and Lydia Milligan.
