Thank you for posting your query. I have researched Tobias Norwood in the DAR Patriot Index. I could not find any information on him.

Just because there is no listing for Norwood does not mean he did not serve in some capacity during the Revolutionary War. It simply means that no one has joined DAR using his service. If you are interested or should ever become interested in joining DAR, there are members who help prospective members document their Revolutionary Patriot.
