It appears that the four ladies who have used Noel as their patriot ancestor through the years have all descended through his son William and wife Mary Pelt. At least two have used their son Wilson. You can send for a copy of any of these four ladies' papers, called Record Copy, for $10 each. When you write, send a check for $10.00 payable to The Treasurer General and mail it along with the information that I have found to:
