Hello. I was only able to find brother Harmon Lushbaugh in our Patriot Index. I tried all variant spellings of their last name. This only means that no one has entered into DAR membership using George or Henry. Should you find documented proof that George was a soldier or gave aid to the cause, you wold be eligible for DAR, SAR or C.A.R., depending on age and gender.
