Hi. You say that you are a DAR member currently. If you have a Chapter Registrar near where you live, I'd suggest you run your application/supplemental past her. She has to sign off on it anyway. It sounds like you have a good deal of documentation for this new ancestor. Were it me, I'd make sure all my documentation is together and then run it past the Registrar for confirmation that is ready to go. If you are establishing this man, you will want to make sure everything is correct, not only with the lineage, but with the service. If the Registrar is not available for sharing and asking questions, get with your Lineage Research Chairman or Chapter Regent. I think it will take someone looking personally at the documentation to see if you are missing anything.
