Probably the best avenue to follow is to contact NSDAR and
request a copy from Registrar General NSDAR, Record Copy Dept. 1776 D Street NW, Washington, DC 20006-5303. Please send a check for $5.00 payable to Treasurer General NSDAR. Request the most recent copy on the patriot John Rice. Mail the check and the information as listed on those woman and allow 6-8 weeks to receive the record copy as they get many requests.
